We purchased our home without a home inspection and hired Deep Dive to inspect our home post-purchase to identify any future problems we might have. Lonny was very thorough with his work and took the time to explain any potential problems we might encounter. He also provided recommendations on how we can address the minor problems before they become major issues. He was very patient and helped put our new homeowner minds at ease.
As an added bonus, the inspection report he provided includes pictures of the data plate of every equipment he inspected so that we may refer to the report if we ever need to look up the model number. 10/10 would be sure to contact him if we ever need another home inspection
